    Ashley Brew, FNP

Ashley Brew, FNP started working for Dr. Collins in 2004, after completing high school. When she hired on, she was helping with many different clerical duties. Later, she started to have an interest in the clinical dermatology side of work and became a medical assistant, working her way up to Clinical Manager, overseeing all clinical staff functions. After roughly 15 years with the practice, Ashley realized dermatology was her passion.

She attended Lamar State College-Orange and received both her LVN certificate and RN degree. When the pandemic started in 2020, Ashley left to work in different settings such as hospitals and rehabilitation centers to contribute her new skills to the people of Southeast Texas. During this time, she remained in school to obtain her BSN from University of Texas - Arlington and then her MSN with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University.

Ashley has now returned to our clinic as a Nurse Practitioner with Dr. Collins and is board-certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Ashley is thankful for the opportunity to join Dr. Collins' practice and add a female dermatology clinician to this region.
